At LAMSAJO, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Refunds or returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or an alternative agreed method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

LAMSAJO reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
